What are your delivery times?

USA: All orders ship out within 2 business days

Canada: All orders ship out within 2 business days

International orders are shipped within 2 business days.

How much does it cost for shipping?

Shipping with USA and Canada: Shipping is free for all orders to USA and Canada over $45.Orders under $45 to the USA are charged a flat-rate of $7.Orders under $45 to Canada are charged a flat-rate of $10.

International Shipping: As of May 2, 2022, we have updated our international shipping service. This includes changes to shipping rates based on the destination country and the threshold for free shipping.

I. For Europe, UK, Brazil and Mexico*: Shipping is free on orders over $80All orders under $80 are charged a flat-rate of $30.

II. For all other countries*: Shipping is free on orders over $100All orders under $100 are charged a flat-rate of $40.

All orders placed on the website will be shipped using DHL Express**.

**All orders placed on the website qualify for our Lifetime Guarantee policy. Replacement orders placed under this policy will be shipped using an Economy Service, and not DHL Express.

*Please note that orders outside of the USA may be subject to additional customs / VAT fees. Import duties, VAT, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. Check with your country’s customs office to determine if there might be additional import costs.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the date you received your products. We'll even provide a free pre-paid return label.

To initiate a return, please submit a ticket below and include your Order #, as well as the products you'd like to return. Our team will email you a free pre-paid return label within 48 hours.

Once the return is received and checked in our facility, our warehouse team will process the return and automatically issue a full refund on the products you return. Please note that this refund process can take up to 7-10 business days. At this time, we can only provide return labels for orders shipped within the United States and Canada. For international returns, we'll ask that you cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.

If you need to cancel or make any adjustments to an existing order, please contact us by submitting a form here, as soon as possible.

Can I track my order delivery in real time?

Once an order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link for your order.

Please allow up to 24 hours after shipping for the link to populate and start displaying tracking details.

If for whatever reason the tracking link is broken, please contact us by submitting a form here.

Do you offer payment plans?

We now offer Sezzle as a payment option at checkout. Using Sezzle, you can split your payment into four interest-free installments spread across 6 weeks. The first installment is due at the time of purchase followed by 3 bi-weekly payments. What are the benefits of using Merkur razors?

There are several benefits to using our razors with traditional wet shaving compared to dry shaving:

· Shaving with our razors will provide the closest possible shave.

· It's very cost-effective, saving you a lot of money over time compared to disposable razors.

How do I care for my razors?

Generally speaking, not much special care is required other than rinsing your razor out with water to clean out any gunk.

To clean the razor, we recommend using a gentle dish soap solution to give it a deeper clean and then towel drying. If necessary, use a non-abrasive soft pad with a vinegar solution to polish out any discoloration that might appear over time.

Can I use your razors on any part of my body?

Absolutely! Our razors are perfect for any part of your body, from head to toe and everywhere in between. The added benefit of being able to control the amount of blade exposure lets you dial into a new level of comfort for a smooth and hassle-free shave, even for the most sensistive areas.

Can Merkur razors be used by both men and women?

Yes indeed! Merkur razors are made with everyone and every body in mind. That means our razors are guaranteed to deliver the best shave for anyone.

How often should I replace the blades?

To best maintain the closeness of your shave, we suggest replacing the blade on average every 5-10 shaves.

As every shaving routine is unique, the frequency of changing blades will vary, in which some people can even go a few months before replacing.

Ultimately there is no right answer to this other than experimenting with Merkur razors and blades to discover what works best for you!

Are your products natural?

Yes! All of our soft good products are made using natural ingredients that are carefully formulated to create skin-friendly shaving products. 

Do you offer extended warranties?

We offer free replacements, free returns and a 100% quality guarantee up to 60 days after purchasing the razor to customers who purchased their product(s) directly from our website or our Amazon Store. After this point, we're happy to help you get any replacement parts you need free of charge, we just ask that you cover the cost of shipping the parts ($7 flat rate to the United States, $10 flat rate in Canada).

We are not able to offer support on any orders that were purchased from a 3rd party retailer, in which they operate on their own policies regarding refunds and warranties. We encourage you to contact the store or seller from which you purchased if you experience any issues.
